MCD Casanova

MCD Casanova have definitely made his mark in the Peruvian breed by producing fantastic get who continue to dominate the competition at the regional and national levels.

MCD Casanova is known for his exceptional disposition and his prepotency. He passes on his best traits (gait, strength, disposition, and perfect brio) to many of his get while enhancing the qualities of the mares he is bred to.

MCD Casanova was the 2003 and 2005 Futurity Grand Champion Breeding Sire; the top sire at the 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 National Shows; and he is the youngest stallion to top the "Ten x Ten Top Stallion List". His get also swept the Futurity in 2005, winning Best Gaited, Breeding Stallion, Breeding Mare, and Luxury Gelding. His grandget continue this winning tradition.

Now owned by Kelly Powers in California, he recently won his 5th Ch. of Ch. Performance award and became Laureado in 2007.

As a sire, MCD Coronado is producing foals with his elegance and gait, sweet dispositions, and good brio. We don't have any of them under saddle yet, but we are looking forward to the experience.

MCD Orion is poetry in motion under saddle. His foals are just about ready to go under saddle, but so far we are extremely impressed with their gait and strength.

WW Racho was selected by Harrison when he was 18 months old and at liberty in a pasture. So far the cross between Racho and the MCD mares has produced pure gold, including the 2007 U.S. National Best Bozal Horse of Show, MCD Symphonia de Gloria.
